I build things. Startups, products, infrastructure — anything that solves a real problem and ships to real users. Currently running StartupGPT, the first AI-native startup incubator, where I'm building multiple AI-powered products from the ground up.

Twenty-plus years of designing software products, developer platforms and secure delivery environments. I work from first principles: establish the required outcome, make constraints and assumptions explicit, validate the highest-risk decisions early, and implement the simplest thing that operates reliably at scale. CISSP certified, and nominated as a Lead Technical Officer for CI/CD and for generative AI adoption.

My approach is simple: identify friction, design a solution, ship fast, iterate based on data. I believe in full-stack ownership — from the database schema to the deployment pipeline to the landing page copy.

When I'm not shipping code, I'm probably reading about security, tinkering with AI models, or figuring out how to automate something that shouldn't take as long as it does. Back in the day I used to crack videogames for fun — reverse engineering copy protection, patching binaries, the whole nine yards. That curiosity for understanding how things work (and break) never left.
