Leading the architectural direction for organization-wide adoption of generative AI — identifying where it creates measurable value, and establishing the technical principles that keep adoption secure, governed and scalable.

Single-handedly created 10+ SaaS products and iOS/Android apps as a solopreneur. Built startupgpt.pro — an AI-native startup incubator with a fully autonomous agent pipeline that validates business ideas end-to-end: market research, competitive analysis, landing page generation, code scaffolding, and ad campaign orchestration. Also built attackvector.tech (cybersecurity intelligence platform), dashira.tech (AI dashboard builder), and marketgeist.com (AI-powered market research).

Defined the target architecture for making an entire engineering-software portfolio cloud-ready, moving from licensed desktop applications toward scalable SaaS. Designed a common cloud platform integrating first-party products and selected third-party tools, covering identity, licensing, tenancy, security, deployment and operational scalability.

Owned enterprise architecture across CI/CD, license and entitlement management, customer identity and software distribution, balancing security, export control, operations, commercial requirements and customer experience.

Responsible for the architecture and evolution of shared CI/CD and software-engineering infrastructure across all solution fields, including migrating every solution field off locally optimized pipelines onto a single organization-wide system.

Designed and supported the transition toward a scaled agile operating model at a corporate research and development center, advising leadership, product management, architects and engineering teams.

Established SAFe structures and DevOps practices across the organization, shortening feedback loops between development, security and operations through automation and continuous integration.

Led the software architecture and development of a voice-controlled kitchen robot prototype presented at CES, migrating proven automotive voice-assistant technology into a connected kitchen and appliance environment. The prototype architecture later became a technical foundation for the group's flagship connected cooking system.

Defined the software architecture for an in-vehicle voice assistant with a cloud backend — essentially Alexa for cars, before Alexa existed. Coordinated implementation and architectural decisions across multiple technical teams and organizational boundaries, and owned the CES 2015/2016 tech demonstrator behind the curtain.

Built and led a 22-person software company delivering mobile apps and games. Shipped more than 80 iOS and Android applications for customers and developed a PC real-time strategy title with an established publisher. The game bet did not pay off and the company went bankrupt.

Invented one of the first digital, interactive magazines for the iPad, building both the iOS application and the Adobe InDesign plugin publishers used to author it. Sold the technology to a US digital-publishing company.

Invented the first digital restaurant menu for the iPad in Germany — a mobile Speisekarte before the concept was mainstream. Pitched the startup at the NetStart Award and sold it to a Swiss hospitality group.

Built websites and desktop applications for a range of customers, turning business problems into practical technical systems. Cooperated with a partner IT company to rewrite an existing ERP system.

Founded a game development startup as a teenager, building the technology, platform and online community from scratch. Sold the startup to a gaming media network.
